It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Rev Jos Drummond at Verulam Nursing home on the 11th January. A thanksgiving service for his life and ministry will take place at Christ Church, St Albans, AL3 6DJ on Monday 27th January at 2pm.
I know a number of CMJ trustees, staff and members will attend this service, although as this day is also Holocaust (Shoah) Memorial Day many will have prior commitments.
Jos was General Director of CMJ for many years and his pastoral and leadership skills were greatly appreciated both in Israel and here in the UK. Jos was an immensely kind man, full of faith and integrity.
We rejoice that Jos lived such a full and faithful life and that his death is primarily a celebratory sign of the resurrection which new life in Jesus brings. Our prayers and good wishes go out to his wife Susan and wider family and friends at this time.
